Human-in-the-loop

Three modes keep the owner in control.

AutoChat is designed so businesses can start cautiously, train the system, and increase automation only when confidence is appropriate.

M

Manual Mode

Incoming messages are saved, but AutoChat does not send replies automatically.

A

Approval Mode

AutoChat generates editable AI drafts and waits for the owner to approve before sending. Recommended for pilots and new businesses.

O

Auto Mode

AutoChat sends replies automatically after enough training and confidence.

Live training loop

Unknown answers become owner-approved knowledge.

When AutoChat does not know the answer, it creates a training item. The owner can answer once and save the response as FAQ, product knowledge, business policy, general knowledge, one-time reply, or customer-specific memory.

Customer memory isolation

Personalization stays scoped to each customer.

Customer memories are scoped per customer contact ID, so one customer's preferences or past context are not used for another customer. This prevents cross-customer personalization leakage.

Supplier desk

Supplier-dependent work stays private.

AutoChat supports supplier-dependent workflows. The owner can create supplier cases, send supplier queries, save supplier replies, and generate customer-safe updates without exposing supplier identity, cost, margin, or procurement details.

Voice-note support

Useful for markets where customers prefer voice messages.

AutoChat can transcribe customer voice notes and pass the transcript into the same AI reply pipeline. This is useful in Pakistan and other markets where customers commonly send voice messages.

Technical architecture

Desktop-first architecture for the MVP stage.

The product is organized around a local desktop dashboard, messaging adapter, AI reply pipeline, catalog logic, training flow, supplier cases, and a licensing foundation.
